Let’s work together to create meaningful change in your life.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist based in New York City. My work centers on creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported while navigating life’s challenges.
I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic approaches, mindfulness, and trauma-focused methods. I’m also trained in Level 1 EMDR through an EMDRIA-approved program, an evidence-based approach for processing trauma. In addition, I hold a CASAC-T credential, which deepens my understanding of addiction and supports my work with clients navigating substance use and recovery.
With backgrounds in Film, Psychology, academia, and community organizing, I bring creativity, curiosity, and social awareness to my practice. I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Social Work at Adelphi University, where my research explores memory, addiction, anxiety, and the intersections between mental health and social movements.
Above all, I see therapy as a collaborative relationship built on trust, empathy, and mutual respect. If you’re seeking support, I’d be honored to work with you.
